I work to strive in making people feel comfortable with fitness. Enjoy working out (with me). Keep a keen interest in wellness. To never be bored whilst making strong relentless bodies.
Nutrition can be very confusing. Education is key to help people navigate and understand their goals. Flexible nutrition plans primarily focused on the South Asian community.
Being comfortable is key for me so people can perform their best whilst feeling safe to do so without judgement. I design workout plans of selective exercises for people to feel good and confident. Support and guidance for overall lifestyle and wellness achieving their best physically and mentally.
My Journey
From an early age, I had a keen interest in sports and activities. I played lots of team games like soccer, volleyball, and kho-kho at the state level. With god’s grace, I was also able to maintain my best athlete title for 3 years in a row.
Moreover, at university, I represented myself as a track and field athlete for 4 years at the state and national level. My athletic foundation was built at Punjab Armed Police under the guidance of professional coaches.
After moving to Canada, I always wanted an output in some sort of sport or fitness. So, I have started working out and gathering knowledge about human anatomy and nutrition. I also took many crash courses so that I could keep myself upgraded. Moreover, as I kept on applying all the knowledge practically to myself and my clients, I become more able to help others to reach their fitness goals.
